The AMI Thailand event with the Brad Mehldau Trio on September 8th has been cancelled.
The artist’s representatives mention serious security concerns and “a destabilizing and unpredictable atmosphere in the country (Thailand)” as the reason for their cancellation. Their decision is reportedly based on news reports regarding the recent assassination attempt on Thailand’s PM.
