Bangkok-based Billy The Mountain have clinched a place in the Hall of Fame on www.bandoftheday.com with news that the band was voted Band For The Day on the site for the third time in quick succession, setting the UK music industry abuzz with their special brand of urban-funk-pop-rock.

The band’s third song ‘Love’ was three-in-a-row over just five days as the first two songs ‘Strange World’ and ‘Mem Will Dance’ both won the Band For The day awards on their respective first days up on the key UK indie music chart.

“This new accolade automatically qualifies the band for the Band of the Month competition and guarantees them a growing number of listeners in what is a key market for the band,” band manager Tom Gray said.
