Coco York enthralled the crowd at Tokyo Joe’s Blues Bar with her wonderful vocal range Wednesday night. She performed as part of the World Blues Festival at Tokyo Joe’s, Sukhumvit Soi 24. The festival continues until May 14 and CoCo will still be performing for each of the remaining nights. Soi Dog Blues Band and Cannonball’s Keith Nolan on keyboards backed her up on stage.

CoCo is also teaching a pair of vocal classes at Tokyo Joe’s on Thursday and Friday at 3 pm. Anyone interested in music is invited to come. Photograph by Robert Lorimor.
