Music of The Heart is an energetic, sexy, fun act from the Philippines that’s been performing at Check Inn 99 for three years. They go all out to please the audiences at this intimate, upscale club on Sukhumvit, near Soi 5, seven nights a week. They cover the standards from disco, pop and rock and roll, and can handle just about any requests that listeners want to hear, from upbeat to ballads. Francis is the man on the keyboard who provides all the accompaniment, and occasionally sings solo. He has a great voice. Cherry, Donna Lou and Grace have fantastic voices also, as well as great legs. Menchie, a former member, will also be returning to help out. Their well-choreographed dancing shows that they have been doing this long enough to be nothing but professional. And they’re beautiful to watch. There’s a lot of rapport between the group and the patrons, and it’s easy to get up and dance right beside the singers – and they obviously enjoy this.
