Secret Irish Rocket Washes Up On Scottish Shore

Boffins, doffins and other apparently educated twats were completely baffled when they found a ‘big long heavy metal thingy’ on the beach on the west coast of Scotland at the weekend. Unable to identify the object they turned to Scottish sage Sir Brinsley McSporran for an explanation and he immediately recognised it as a component from the top secret Irish Government’s Wellington On The Moon project.
“What we have here is the loaf and cheese silo for carrying crew sandwiches into orbit, and it may have broken free if the loaf:cheese ratio was violated or pickled onions were added by mistake, which I suspect may be the case as the fumes from the silo would bring tears to a glass eye!”
