Peter Driscoll and The Cruisers are set to return to the stage they made their own at Noriega’s Bar & Restaurant at the sharp end of Silom Soi 4, with the band booked to commence their assault on the hearts and minds of rock and rollers all over Thailand from Saturday August 1, with all guns blazing from 9 pm until 11 pm initially.

“We do full-on rock and roll in the classic style of Chuck Berry, Bill Haley, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent, Billy Fury and even the King of Rock & Roll Elvis himself. The punters love it and we love nothing more than to see the whole floor covered with dancers having a great time. How good does it get?” says frontman Driscoll.

The band have just worked in new guitar player Prin Thonglor and recently brought down the house at the Bangkok Blues Festival where they starred and had the punters up and dancing the minute they hit the stage.

“We are working with our management and Noriega’s to fill the Saturday night spot for a season, so all going well we will be lighting up Silom Soi 4 for quite a while to come!”
